Gentry Service Group in Swannanoa, NC is seeking an HVAC Change-Out Specialist with 3+ years of residential install/change-out experience. You will lead change-outs, install ducts and controls, and perform upgrades across Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems, delivering top-tier workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation and change-out experience.
• Sheet metal fabrication and installation skills.
• Experience with Mitsubishi Mini-Splits systems.
• Brazing Certifications.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality residential HVAC system change-outs and replacements.
• Install and modify duct systems, piping, control wiring, and associated HVAC components.
• Perform new installations, retrofits, and equipment upgrades.
• Work with various systems including Mitsubishi Mini-Splits.
