Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Controls Service Tech Lead in Littleton, CO. As lead technician, you will troubleshoot, repair and tune a wide range of temperature control systems while guiding junior staff.

You will coordinate with service ops, sales and customers to ensure timely maintenance and effective communication. Travel to job sites is required, and you will uphold LONG safety standards and provide technical guidance on complex tasks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of computer/electronic degree and 3 years of temperature control system start-up, checkout, and service experience
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
• Advanced programming and troubleshooting skills with KMC, Distech, Tridium/Honeywell
• Strong analytical abilities for resolving software and integration issues
• Willingness to travel to job sites

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair temperature control systems in diverse buildings
• Lead and train controls service technicians on complex tasks
• Program, tune, and adjust setpoints per design recommendations
• Update drawings and maintain as-built documentation
• Communicate with customers to resolve technical issues
