Qualifications

• 5+ years DDC/BAS experience in construction or service.
• Experience with commercial HVAC control systems and installation procedures.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON).

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of service technicians to drive profitability and productivity.
• Coordinate service delivery with dispatch, manage hours and schedules.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide technical guidance to field staff.
• Provide training on controls hardware, sequences of operations, and troubleshooting.
• Visit customer sites to inspect work and support field personnel.
• Ensure safety procedures and LONG standards are followed.
