Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification (required).

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work in hospital environments.
• Hourly pay of $30-$50, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various equipment types.
• Work with rooftop units, air handlers, VAVs, boilers, chillers, hydronic systems, and more.
• Operate efficiently and independently in the field, including work in healthcare settings.
• Accurately document service calls and maintenance records using CRM software.
• Provide exceptional service and communicate clearly with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project quality and consistency.
