Job summary

Quick Servant Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Field Supervisor to oversee field operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

7+ years in Commercial HVAC/R
2+ years in supervisory or leadership role
EPA certification is required
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Knowledge of applicable codes and safety standards

Responsibilities

Supervise daily field operations for HVAC/R projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC/R technicians, ensuring resources and training.
Ensure work complies with company policies, safety standards, and codes.
Perform site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety; address issues.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan and execute projects.
Prepare and review paperwork, schedules, and reports to track progress and performance.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to field staff.
Manage inventory, tools, and equipment for readiness on all projects.
Communicate updates to clients and maintain strong relationships.
