Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Commercial Controller for the USCAN region to ensure compliant, executable customer arrangements and robust revenue recognition. The role translates complex accounting into practical guidance, partnering with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Operations to drive sound commercial controllership.

The incumbent will own governance over deal reviews, post‑deal monitoring, and internal controls, while aligning with GE HealthCare policies and GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with progressive accounting experience.
• Qualified accountant or equivalent credential; strong knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition.
• Experience in healthcare/medical technology or complex multi-element offerings is valued.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Controllership leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide controllership guidance on complex, non-standard deals and revenue recognition.
• Lead or support deal reviews from opportunity to contract execution and modifications.
• Develop and maintain control processes, governance and documentation for commercial transactions.
• Communicate accounting conclusions clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
