Qualifications

• 1–2 years senior technician experience with field work.

• Ability to manage and schedule multiple service technicians and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service projects, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
• Plan resources to minimize schedule slippage and identify risks.
• Manage procurement and tracking of materials.
• Coordinate job scheduling with customers and technicians.
• Review change orders and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure permits, licenses, and inspections filings are completed.
