Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles.
• McDonald’s or comparable global customer experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead RFPs, negotiations and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial performance for the Americas with growth objectives.
• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities across product, innovation, supply chain, and execution.
• Own regional leadership for RFPs, planning and value-driven negotiations.
