Job summary

1st Security Bank of Washington is seeking a Commercial Deposit Specialist to assist the Commercial Deposits Team in fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. You will handle onboarding paperwork, support larger clients, and facilitate cross-selling opportunities for cash management and online banking services.

The role requires knowledge of deposit products, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 3 years banking experience or equivalent.
• Strong time management, problem solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced banking environment; strong organizational sense.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers, check orders, account maintenance and other servicing needs for commercial clients.
• Support relationship banking and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person with timely solutions.
• Educate clients on treasury management services and online banking features.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
