Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Portfolio Management or Loan Review preferred
• Prior commercial workout experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Review loan files to understand transactions and circumstances
• Enforce the bank's rights or position on loans and collateral
• Discuss issues with supervisors, management, or legal counsel to develop strategies
• Document loan actions and relate to each assigned account
• Work with third parties to dispose of collateral
• Direct commercial banking officers on shared accounts
• Analyze financial statements and cash flow to assess borrower strength
• Respond to inquiries from customers, regulators, or business community
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations related to collections/workouts
• Develop and implement credit administration strategies to minimize losses
• Coordinate with management to ensure policy and laws compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
