Qualifications

• Review loan files and assess transaction structure and risk.

• Demonstrate ability to negotiate exit or remediation strategies with borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files upon assignment to understand transaction and circumstances.
• Take appropriate action to enforce bank rights regarding loan and collateral.
• Discuss issues with supervisor, management, and legal counsel to develop strategies and solutions.
• Document loan actions and updates accurately in files.
• Coordinate with third parties to dispose of collateral when appropriate.
• Direct activities of commercial banking staff on shared accounts.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations affecting collections and workouts.
