Job summary

You will work with management, lending staff and legal counsel to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies, documenting actions and optimizing collections and workouts where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Portfolio Management or Loan Review strongly preferred.
• Prior commercial workout experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of troubled and distressed commercial and CRE credits.
• Develop and implement credit administration strategies to minimize loss.
• Review loan files and analyze financial statements and cash flows.
• Enforce bank rights with respect to loans and collateral.
• Coordinate with management, officers and counsel on remediation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and bank policies.
