Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in the discipline.
• 7-10+ years of credit analysis/underwriting in a commercial lending environment.
• Underwriting experience in the healthcare services sector.

Responsibilities

• Review financial and credit information to determine creditworthiness for borrowers and guarantors.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses including cash flow and trends.
• Research industry and market information relevant to customers’ lines of business.
• Prepare written summaries of analyses for loan relationships addressing cash flow, collateral, and repayment sources.
• Communicate findings to bankers, management, and credit officers.
• Monitor credit files and covenant compliance per loan documents.
• Exercise independent judgement on client credit analysis and actions.
• Attend joint calls with Commercial Bankers to gather information.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements affecting lending criteria.
• Perform duties per laws, regulations, and company policies.
