Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred or equivalent credit training program.
• Minimum of three years in commercial credit analysis.
• Ability to analyze complex credit data and financial statements to assess risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional business style.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce complex credit analyses for new extensions of credit, renewals, annual reviews, and modifications.
• Provide guidance and training to other analysts on underwriting goals.
• Monitor client operating/financial performance and covenant compliance.
• Prepare front-end loan request packages with complete financial information.
• Summarize loan conditions and collateral structures for documentation and approvals.
• Utilize bank systems and formats for credit recommendations; follow policy.
