Responsibilities

• Evaluate and approve Commercial Banking loan requests within authority.
• Lead the approval review process for larger requests exceeding authority.
• Provide guidance to Commercial Relationship Managers on existing and new loans.
• Advise on collateral considerations, loan covenants, and enhancements for credit quality.
• Review delegated loan requests and assist with strategic projects.
• Coordinate processes for Commercial Bank lending operations and controls.
• Shape the credit team culture and uphold performance standards.
• Recommend improvements to underwriting guidelines and procedures.
