The role involves leading Market Managers and Relationship Managers, serving as a financial advisor across commercial and wealth management products, and collaborating with partners in treasury, trust, and international banking to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field and 9–10 years’ sales management/supervisory experience in a financial institution, or equivalent 15–16 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial lending, sales and service activities across the market.
• Drive loan and deposit growth through business development.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coach and develop team members in sales and leadership.
• Provide training and guidance to commercial banking officers.
• Establish department goals, budgets and sales strategies.
• Oversee teams responsible for client retention and growth.
• Represent the bank while improving processes and operational efficiency.
