Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Commercial Credit Underwriting Portfolio Manager 3 to oversee a designated commercial loan portfolio.

The role focuses on underwriting, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting relationship managers and mentoring junior team members. Ideal candidates will have strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in complex transactions and a solid understanding of banking policies and government

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree required (BA/BS).
Strong project management and analytical skills essential.
Experience in commercial lending and banking regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

Underwrite, monitor, and analyze a designated Commercial portfolio.
Lead complex transactions including syndications and multi-level capital structures.
Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines and maintain KPIs/KRIs.
Mentor junior Underwriting Portfolio Managers and support Relationship Managers.
Present credit actions to committees and document analyses.
Collaborate on group-wide initiatives to improve processes and outputs.
