Qualifications

• BA or BS required for job responsibilities.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in credit underwriting or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, underwriting practices, and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and analyze a designated Commercial loan portfolio.
• Ensure timely risk identification and high-quality underwriting and portfolio management.
• Mentor junior team members and support Relationship Managers.
• Present credit actions clearly to committees and stakeholders.
• Maintain KPIs/KRIs and ensure regulatory compliance.
