Qualifikationen

• BA or BS degree required.
• 3 years of related experience required.

• Knowledge of Investment Real Estate lending and banking regulations.

• Underwrite and monitor Investment Real Estate portfolio.
• Ensure timely risk identification and high-quality underwriting.
• Lead complex transactions including construction loans and multi-level structures.
• Mentor junior portfolio managers.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to manage client relationships.
• Present credit actions in analyses and committee meetings.
• Support regulators and auditors during reviews.
