Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Portfolio Manager 3 in Commercial Banking to monitor asset quality and financial performance for an Asset Based Lending portfolio.

You will analyze borrower financials, monitor collateral, and identify improvement opportunities while supporting risk management and cross-sell of bank services. The role requires coordinating with senior team members, maintaining compliance, and engaging with borrowers and outside professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required in business or related field.
• 7+ years in commercial banking with credit analysis or loan review.
• Knowledge of Asset Based Lending.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Asset Based Lending portfolio and monitor collateral and borrower progress.
• Perform financial and credit analysis on borrowers.
• Monitor industry trends and financial statement exceptions.
• Assist in new business by preparing Preview Memos and underwriting packages.
• Ensure underwriting adheres to regulatory requirements and sound principles.
• Meet with borrowers and service providers as needed.
