Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking an experienced Commercial Credit Underwriting Portfolio Manager 2 to manage a designated commercial loan portfolio, oversee underwriting quality, and mentor junior team members in Cleveland.

The role partners with Relationship Managers to optimize client credit strategies and ensures adherence to regulatory standards. You will lead complex transactions, monitor portfolio KPIs, and present actions to committees, while maintaining strong creditability and risk

Qualifications

• BA or BS required.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Strong credit underwriting knowledge.
• Experience with commercial lending and banking practices.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and analyze assigned Commercial portfolio.
• Ensure risks are identified timely with high underwriting quality.
• Mentor junior portfolio managers.
• Lead complex transactions including syndications and Middle Market relationships.
• Present credit actions to committees and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain KPIs/KRIs and regulator/audit expectations.
