Qualifications

• Experience in large corporate financial institutions or counterparty credit underwriting and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and credit metrics analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new requests and material modifications from deal screen through approval and for the life of the loan.
• Manage ongoing credit risk through continuous monitoring, covenant checks and risk rating updates.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, due diligence and industry data to support credit decisions.
• Prepare cash flow, collateral schedules, and financial models for proposed transactions.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to maintain timely risk ratings across a commercial portfolio.
• Present analysis and credit recommendations to loan committees.
