• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and credit metrics analysis.
• Experience with Capital IQ, FactSet, Bloomberg and underwriting commercial real estate loans.

Aufgaben

• Underwrite and structure commercial real estate transactions from deal screen through loan approval and life of loan.
• Monitor ongoing credit risk through CCM activities, annual reviews, and covenant monitoring.
• Prepare cash flow, collateral schedules, and guarantor analyses; develop independent credit quality assessments.
