The role focuses on underwriting, risk assessment, and structuring for commercial loans, with remote flexibility possible for more experienced underwriters. Total compensation is expected to range from $75,000 to $125,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing credit applications and financial statements.
• Ability to evaluate cash flows and collateral.
• Familiarity with debt and liquidity metrics.

Responsabilités

• Underwriting & Analysis: review complex credit applications, financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow projections.
• Risk Assessment: calculate ratios, assign risk ratings, evaluate collateral.
• Credit Limits & Terms: establish or recommend credit limits and loan structures.
• Portfolio Monitoring: track accounts and review covenants; monitor market trends.
• Reporting & Committees: prepare underwriting memos and present to senior management.
