Qualifications

• Ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and borrower cash flows.
• Understanding of commercial lending principles and credit underwriting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial loan requests by reviewing financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, collateral information, and other supporting documentation.
• Prepare cash flow analyses and evaluate borrower financial performance to support commercial lending decisions.
• Underwrite primarily commercial real estate loans, with exposure to C&I and investment real estate lending.
• Complete annual loan reviews, renewals, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
• Prepare credit approval memorandums identifying key strengths, risks, and mitigating factors.
• Assist with credit administration responsibilities, including tracking financial information and monitoring portfolio activity.
• Support the lending team by ensuring accurate and efficient credit decisions.
