Key Responsibilities

• Underwriting & Analysis: Review complex credit applications, financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow projections.
• Risk Assessment: Calculate financial ratios (such as debt-to-income and liquidity metrics), assign risk ratings, and evaluate collateral evaluations.
• Credit Limits & Terms: Establish, approve, or recommend appropriate credit limits, repayment terms, and loan structures.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track existing accounts, review compliance with loan covenants, and monitor market or industry trends.
• Reporting & Committees: Prepare detailed underwriting memos and present credit summaries to senior management or loan committees
