Blue Sky Bank in Dallas, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Credit Analyst III to perform comprehensive financial and risk analysis for commercial lending relationships and monitor portfolio risk.

You will work independently on complex credit requests, prepare underwriting memorandums, and collaborate with lenders to ensure compliant, sound loan decisions while supporting growth and regulatory adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of commercial credit analysis/underwriting experience at a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and risk assessment.
• Ability to independently evaluate complex credit relationships and make sound recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive financial and credit analysis for commercial lending relationships.
• Evaluate borrower financial statements, cash flow, repayment capacity, and creditworthiness.
• Prepare and maintain detailed credit memorandums and underwriting recommendations.
• Monitor loan relationships and identify emerging credit risks.
• Collaborate with lenders to facilitate loan approvals, renewals, and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
