Main Street Bank seeks a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst III to independently underwrite complex commercial loan requests while contributing to portfolio monitoring and risk assessment. You'll review financials, discuss covenants, and help shape loan structures.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years’ underwriting experience, strong financial analysis skills, and proficiency with LOS and CRM tools. This role supports a hybrid work arrangement with core hours on-site.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years’ experience underwriting complex commercial loan requests.
• Strong financial analytical skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with financial statement analysis, tax returns and credit structures.
• Experience with loan origination systems and related CRM/tools is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite commercial loan relationship requests, including complex cases.
• Prepare in-depth written analyses, financial projections, and summaries.
• Review documents, run what-if scenarios, and test projections for reasonableness.
• Discuss covenants, structures, and turnaround actions with lenders and borrowers.
• Mentor junior staff and support portfolio oversight and department-wide projects.
