Responsibilities include evaluating financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and covenant compliance, plus preparing high-quality credit memorandums.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of commercial credit analysis and underwriting.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial and credit analysis for commercial, small business, agriculture, etc., lending relationships.
• Evaluate borrower financial statements, cash flow, repayment capacity, and overall creditworthiness.
• Assist lenders in structuring credit facilities and identifying risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed credit memorandums and underwriting recommendations.
• Monitor loan relationships and identify emerging credit risks.
• Coordinate the timely collection of financial information and clearance of loan exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and fair lending standards.
