Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial credit analysis/underwriting experience.
• C&I and real estate experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial and credit analysis for new and existing commercial lending relationships.
• Evaluate borrower financial statements, cash flow, repayment capacity, and overall creditworthiness.
• Assist lenders in structuring credit facilities and identifying risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed credit memorandums and underwriting recommendations.
• Monitor commercial loan relationships and identify emerging credit risks.
• Recommend risk rating and grading changes based on portfolio performance.
• Review collateral, covenant compliance, and financial trends to support monitoring.
• Analyze industry data and market conditions to enhance risk assessments.
