Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its global Legal Team. The role focuses on structuring, drafting, and negotiating sophisticated technology agreements, including SaaS Master Services Agreements and software licenses.

The candidate will advise on legal risks, contribute to privacy/compliance initiatives (CCPA/GDPR), and support internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with state bar in good standing required.
• 4–8 years of commercial transactional experience in technology.
• Experience drafting and negotiating software licenses and SaaS agreements.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex technology agreements (SaaS Master Services Agreements, software licenses).
• Advise on legal risks and privacy/compliance initiatives (CCPA/GDPR).
• Support sales, marketing, and engineering teams across the business.
