Crunchbase is seeking a Commercial Counsel to act as a strategic legal partner for its Sales, Revenue, Product, and Security teams. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including SaaS and data licensing contracts.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active U.S. state bar membership, and at least two years of relevant experience in tech or SaaS. Responsibilities include advising on AI governance and privacy frameworks (GDPR/CCPA) to enable scalable growth.

Formación

• Must have JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• Minimum 2 years of legal experience in technology or SaaS sectors.
• Experience negotiating SaaS and data licensing agreements is required.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements for Sales, Revenue, Product, and Security teams.
