DataDome seeks an experienced commercial attorney to lead the Americas legal function, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. The role is hybrid in New York City with US remote possibilities, reporting to the General Counsel.

You will own enterprise SaaS and services contracts, negotiate partnerships and vendor agreements, and help scale contract operations while staying ahead of regulatory developments in AI and cybersecurity.

Qualificações

• JD and active admission to a US state bar.
• 5-10+ years of experience practicing law in technology space, at a law firm, in-house, or both.

Responsabilidades

• Own commercial deals end to end: enterprise SaaS, services, licensing, DPAs, and partner contracts.
• Improve deal velocity by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Build templates, playbooks, and contract operations to scale growth.
• Advise on campaigns, content, and initiatives to protect the brand.
• Manage disputes and risk from claims to resolution.
