Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its Law Department. This role partners with Global Procurement to structure, draft, and negotiate complex procurement agreements and related commercial matters.

Based in the U.S., preferably Billerica, MA or another Entegris location, with remote consideration for the right fit. You will provide day-to-day legal advice, drive contract templates improvements, and support CLM enhancements, with a focus on high-stakes negotiations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of commercial contracting experience (procurement and/or sales).
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries preferred; IT or SaaS negotiations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary legal advisor to Global Procurement and business stakeholders on commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate supply, contract manufacturing, lease and other procurement agreements; support on sales agreements.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement and business teams to provide day-to-day legal counsel and address issues in active relationships.
