Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and state bar admission.
• Eight years of transactional legal experience, preferably in-house.
• Strong negotiation, writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts for domestic and international use cases.
• Support M&A activities and collaborate with privacy, security, compliance, and risk teams.
• Advise on legal issues under US and international frameworks and update contract templates.
