Formación

• Eight or more years of in-house or corporate counsel experience.
• Experience advising on compliance with financial regulations and consumer protection laws.
• Ability to make risk-based decisions in evolving regulatory environments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first-line legal counsel to the product team.
• Interpret and apply U.S. and international legal frameworks.
• Advise on emerging stablecoin and digital assets regulations.
• Support drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
