Early Warning is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Counsel to join our legal team and advise on innovative payment solutions. This role requires a strong background in compliance with consumer financial services regulations and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks surrounding payments, digital assets, and blockchain technology.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and at least eight years of relevant in-house counsel experience. Positions are hybrid and located in various cities including Washington D.C.

Qualifications

• Significant expertise in advising on financial services regulations.
• Strong skills in legal analysis and communication.

Responsibilities
