Job summary

DoiT is seeking a hands-on Senior Commercial Counsel to join its global legal team. This remote role primarily services North America, with support in EMEA and APAC as needed.

You will draft and negotiate strategic and vendor contracts, partner agreements, SaaS, DPAs, and compliance matters, while guiding data privacy and product launches. A JD and 8+ years in international corporate law are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Juris Doctorate and 8+ years of substantive international corporate experience.
• Experience supporting sales in a tech/SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with channel partner programs and complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate strategic and vendor contracts (SaaS, DPAs, professional services).
• Lead legal support for channel partner activities.
• Advise on complex legal matters including product launches, compliance, and data privacy.
