Jobgether is recruiting a Lead Commercial Counsel for a technology-driven partner company. This senior legal role leads all aspects of commercial contracting, advising Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Procurement teams.

You will draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and SaaS contracts, standardize legal positions, mentor the legal team, and help scale legal operations to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• JD and active U.S. bar membership are required.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in B2B SaaS/cybersecurity.
