Job summary

DoiT is seeking a hands-on Senior Commercial Counsel to join its global legal team. This remote role covers primarily North American commercial negotiations with strategic partners, customers, vendors, and channel partners, with support for EMEA and APAC as needed.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will draft and negotiate SaaS and vendor contracts and support product launches. The ideal candidate holds a JD with 8+ years of experience in an international corporate setting, understands SaaS

• JD with 8+ years of substantive experience providing legal advice in an international corporate environment.
• Experience in SaaS and channel partner programs.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (SaaS, DPAs, vendor contracts).
• Support product launches and related initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day legal inquiries and provide practical, business-friendly advice.
