Rackspace Technology seeks a senior commercial and transactional attorney to structure, negotiate, and close complex agreements for GPU-as-a-service, bare-metal, and AI infrastructure offerings. Embedded across RackLaw’s Sales, Sourcing, Privacy, and Corporate Development, you will bring fluency in GPU/AI markets and serve as the primary expert on legal matters unique to AI workloads.

Reporting to the VP & Deputy General Counsel, you will craft terms, negotiate with hyperscalers and hardware

Qualificações

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of post-bar experience in commercial/transactional practice, including technology, cloud, or data infrastructure transactions.
• Deep knowledge of commercial contracting for cloud and IaaS/SaaS transactions.
• Working knowledge of U.S. export control regimes (EAR/BIS/RASA).
• Familiarity with data privacy and protection frameworks for AI training and inference workloads.
• Ability to operate as a cross-functional subject-matter expert without direct management authority.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as lead commercial counsel for Rackspace’s GPU-as-a-service, bare-metal, and AI infrastructure offerings.
• Draft and negotiate solution and product terms, MSAs, and order forms with enterprise customers and partners.
• Negotiate with sophisticated counterparties on novel commercial structures; partner on capacity transactions and data center arrangements.
