Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Lead Legal Contract Management Analyst to drive negotiations and strategic commercial support across diverse categories within our organization. You will analyze contracts, forecast risks, and draft precise language while guiding internal stakeholders through lifecycles of agreements to secure favorable terms.

The role emphasizes governance and best practices to strengthen the organization’s contracting position, requiring 8–10 years of experience and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, procurement, strategic sourcing, or commercial operations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts complex contract research and commercial analysis to develop data-driven negotiation strategies.
• Leads complex supplier and vendor contract negotiations with internal stakeholders.
• Leads contract negotiations across agreement lifecycles, including renewals and amendments.
• Analyzes supplier agreements, statements of work, and purchase contracts to forecast risks and coordinate mitigations.
• Implements and maintains contract standards and playbooks to ensure regulatory alignment and business needs.
• Advises business units on commercial terms, negotiation strategy, and risk considerations.
