Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Lead Contracting Analyst to oversee contract administration, compliance, and lifecycle management across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and business stakeholders to review terms, manage records, and ensure agreements align with policies and financial goals.

The role requires a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of contract experience, with strong drafting and negotiation skills to support risk assessment and process

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract analysis, or a related function.
• Extensive contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, renewals, service levels, obligations, risk provisions, and approval workflows.
• Ability to analyze complex agreements and translate terms into business implications.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of fiber build access agreement contracts, amendments, and related docs.
• Support negotiations and ensure terms align with standards and objectives.
• Maintain contract repositories, track dates, renewals, obligations, pricing, and approvals.
• Develop and improve contracting processes, templates, reporting, and controls for efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare contract status execution reporting for leadership review and decision-making.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on contract requirements, obligations, and processes.
