Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization advancing life sciences through cloud software. The Global Commercial Content Business Consulting team helps clients optimize content management, planning, and distribution for commercialized products.

The role focuses on leading engagements, shaping content strategies, and delivering solutions with a strong emphasis on governance, analytics, and change management.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience with a management consulting firm or ad agency.
• Experience in the commercialized product or brand domain landscape.
• Strong track record of delivering client advisory engagements.
• Core consulting skills: workshops, presentations, project management, change management, structured methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel roughly 60% (varies by engagement).
• Experience with a content management system; preferably Veeva Vault.
• Proficient in English and Japanese (verbal and written).
• Valid working visa in Japan is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Lead customer engagements and work with diverse clients to deliver Commercial Content advisory support.
• Demonstrate deep subject-matter expertise in commercial content operations processes, tools, and systems.
