Job summary

Raineri Construction seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site activities and coordinate trades across multi-family, retail, and renovation projects in the St. Louis area.

You will manage subcontractors, uphold safety standards, and partner with the Project Manager to maintain schedule and budget, leveraging Procore and strong communication skills. The role requires a hands-on leader who can engage design professionals, clients, and crews to deliver quality work

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Commercial Superintendent or 6+ years as Commercial Assistant Superintendent or 7+ years as Commercial Lead Journeyman Carpenter.
• Experience with Multi-family, apartments, retail, ground up and renovation.
• Experience using project management software; Procore a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; EPA lead renovation cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision and coordination of all jobsite activities and employees.
• Develop and maintain project schedule; lead weekly progress meetings.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors and design team.
• Maintain budget awareness and progress reporting to PM.
• Lead site safety plans, audits, and toolbox talks.
• Review drawings and specifications to guide subcontractors.
