ACC Recruiters is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our St. Louis–area client, dedicated to high-quality custom residential construction and renovations.

You will lead multiple projects from preconstruction to completion, owning budgets, timelines, subcontractor coordination, and client communications. This role emphasizes on-site oversight, regular site visits, and proactive collaboration with field leadership and homeowners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction management experience.
• Experience independently managing residential construction projects.
• Experience with high-end remodeling or architecturally detailed projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential methods and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets and construction schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and resources.
• Maintain regular site visits and meetings with field personnel.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners and clients.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Identify challenges and develop practical solutions to minimize delays.
• Ensure quality standards and alignment with client commitments.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements of project-management processes.
