The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience managing large‑scale builds, coordinating multiple trades, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities for commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and construction crews to ensure productivity and quality.
• Maintain project schedules, coordinate materials and equipment, and monitor daily progress.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across all project sites.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Identify and resolve field issues promptly, providing leadership and guidance to the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience, preferably in commercial, multifamily, or hospitality projects.
• Experience with high‑rise, hotel, apartment, or retail construction preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
