Our client is a highly respected, self-performing commercial contractor that has built an outstanding reputation throughout the Greater St. Louis market.
One of the biggest differentiators is the tenure of their team. Their Superintendents average approximately 18 years with the company, which speaks volumes about the culture, leadership, stability, and the way they invest in their people.
As a self-performing contractor, they have extensive in-house field expertise. Candidates with exposure to concrete and/or structural steel would be a major plus.
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent with 5+ years of experience who has a strong field foundation and is ready to continue developing into someone who can confidently run projects independently.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Superintendent who wants to join a company that will invest in their continued development. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from an extremely experienced and highly tenured team, grow into independently running projects, and be developed within a proven approach that has kept Superintendents with the organization for an average of 18 years.
Rather than expecting someone to walk in knowing everything on day one, they are looking for someone with the right foundation, work ethic, and willingness to learn who they can develop into their way of successfully running projects.
Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
