Job summary

Raineri Construction in St. Louis seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site activities, manage trades and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Base salary reflects experience between 90K and 120K per year.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with the project team, design professionals, and client, maintaining cost controls and safety standards on a multi-family/retail ground-up and renovation portfolio.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience as Commercial Superintendent.
6+ years experience as Commercial Assistant Superintendent.
7+ years as Commercial Lead Journeyman Carpenter.
Experience with Multi-family, apartments, retail, ground up and renovation.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
EPA Lead Based Paint Renovator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all jobsite activities and employees.
Manage Self-Perform performance; provide coaching and discipline as required.
Develop understanding of drawings, specs and subcontractor scope.
Hold pre-activity meetings to review scope, schedule, quality, safety and environmental expectations.
Work with Project Manager to develop and update the project schedule.
Develop three week look-ahead schedules and communicate to subs in meetings.
Ensure contractor activities meet schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate testing agency activities and site safety.
Assist Project Manager in progress meetings and foreman meetings.
Maintain Storm Water Pollution Prevention compliance on the project.
