Job summary

Actalent in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a Project Manager - Commercial Construction to lead mid-size projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will develop schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CM or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years managing commercial construction projects.
Experience with mid-size projects in the $5–$15M range.
Experience with project estimation in commercial construction.
Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
Coordinate permits, onboarding, and start-up activities.
Manage project documentation: RFIs, submittals, minutes, change orders, reports.
Ensure timely distribution of project information to stakeholders.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
